Brading Cottage is a 300 year old stone cottage in the centre of the village of Whitwell, Isle of Wight. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, and two twins, along with a ground floor shower room, and a first floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room with sofa bed, and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and a rear garden with raised terrace seating area, fish pond and long strip of lawn with fruit trees and space to play. Rear garden with raised terrace seating area, fish pond and long strip of lawn with fruit trees and space to play. Two well-behaved pets welcome (the owner may accept more on request). Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop 1 mile and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Steep concrete steps to access the rear garden, and a pond, children to be supervised. Note: The central heating is run by the rayburn, which will need to be lit by guests, full instructions will be left in the property. Note: Please be mindful of the low beams, and the step between the kitchen and lounge area.
